FROTHY SURF COMPANY
Frothy is more than just a surfwear brand; it lives at the vibrant crossroads of music, culture, and the laid-back Queensland lifestyle. My collaboration with Frothy has been an exciting journey, most notably their recent partnership with the ‘Spaced Out’ Festival.
Drawing deeply from the festival’s cosmic energy and Frothy’s iconic surf-inspired identity, I crafted a custom illustration featuring an alien spinning some floating DJ decks. This design was brought to life with a vintage halftone texture that adds a timeless, textured feel. Sticking to a sleek monotone palette, we printed the artwork on a vintage black wash tee to capture that effortlessly cool, retro vibe.

Another design we worked on was for the two-date event called Half Baked, whose slogan was ‘not a festival, just a sick gig’. It was a super fun project, featuring ransom-style fonts, grungy image treatment, and a reverse ringer tee for a bold, DIY look.
Another sold out tee for the brand, which is always a bonus.
As we’ve carved this creative partnership, my skills sharpen and my horizons broaden toward the designs I truly want to create. I’ve been loving designing apparel and brand graphics for clothing, exploring new styles, techniques, and concepts. Excited to share more projects and developments soon!
