Josie (also known online as @sociallydesigned) is a multidisciplinary artist and designer working across graphic design, illustration, and photography. Her practice is human-led, blending digital and analogue techniques with influences from music, culture, and lived experience.

Working between reputable brands including ARIA, and independent artists such as The Terrys, Josie’s practice has been shaped by the spaces she works within. Originally from Coffs Harbour (NSW) and now based in Newcastle (NSW), she has formed her skills, style, and approach, striking a confident balance between the raw and the refined.

At the core of her practice is a belief in purpose-driven visual communication, creating work that not only looks good, but also documents culture, drives connection, and helps build communities.
